Never better as far as bus stops go.

My ticket & my sisters were both broken we called ahead & the guy had told us to come in to get a new ticket that nothing changes. I come in the same day to get a new ticket the lady can’t print it out & tells me it’s too early to print it out so she tells me i can print it out the same day of my trip. I come in on the same day of my trip just so they could tell me that my ticket time does not exits that’s why it’s broken. Greyhound has the worst customer service i had to miss my trip.

Very clean and well organized facility, there is a restaurant inside and ample seating. I did not take notice of charging areas but I'm certain there are some. There is a designated smoking area to the right as you exit the busses, the restrooms will be to your left as you enter as well as the restaurant. This terminal is also a Peter pan partner station. So far on my trip of the east coast, it's the simplest, most convenient, and cleanest facility as well as the most organized and easy to navigate.

Hi. I suggest taking Megabus which is cheaper, more comfortable and just as fast as the others. Go to their website. They are near the Hudson River and MSG.
I would say Greyhound bus us the way to go! I've been traveling to Chicago/ Indiana these past years n there round trip fares are the lowest.
No i don't think so. Because they say they Don't have the money for now...but i know trey are going to do the best they can..ok. Eveyone. Ok. Thank u all....
There is a 2:15 bus from Worcester to Hartford. Check the website for arrival times.
Yes it does although it takes three days to get there.
Fair prices and u would probably only make three stops
I would go to the grayhound website and choose the bust station you are going to take the bus from ( in this case in worcester) and the city you are going to. and find out if they have trips from worcester to the location you plan to travel to, what days of the week, what times and etc. I know they have from worcester to New York. Good luck !
Is usually side roads for parking you would want to do that to avoid fees,...
I believe so but not positive!!
No you would have at least 2 layovers
Yes it is but u have to keep looking every day if u can find anything chipper.... there its a side that its call ChipOnAir they have good prices for traveling....and if u go late at night after 2 am u can find special offers
Newark , Camden , and mount laurel.
Station agents opens by 7am & closes at 7pm. After this time, there is nobody at the station.. only 24/7 security
Yes, you can get anywhere from this station.. just call ahead.. I have taken the bus to Burlington, VT many times from South Station & Worcester bus terminal @ Washington Square.. if you make reservations at least a few days in advance.. you will see good savings and reasonable prices.. I use this station twice monthly to travel the North East.. Safe travels and happy New year!! (Last time I checked, the route to Burlington, VT is twice daily)
There is a unionstation parking garage. I'm sure it's $12 a day, and you pay the parking in the garage NOT in the train station. People always get confused with that because there's a sign that tells them to pay in the lobby thinking it's in the station but it's in the lobby of the garage with 3 or 2 machines to pay for the parking.
If there is you would have to go into Boston first and then get a train from there.
Yes Dunkins across the street
Grayhound or Peter pan
it is cheaper to buy online then in person and if you are going far always buy 14 days in advance
yes we are open all holidays
