Pleasure meeting the owner & the helpful, knowledgeable and courteous customer service was much more pleasant than the other vacuum stores and repair shops that I had visited. The prices are also fair and not unreasonably priced! Thank you! Shop Local!

Ask them if they had bags for a vacuum that I have and they said they didn't have on shelf. So they ordered them and called me back within a couple of days to let me know that they had some now in stock. Absolutely great customer service skills! Thank you Leo's vacuum staff

This company leo's vacuum company completely ripped me of they are scum of the earth I payed good money to have a Electrolux vacuum cleaner repaired the repair was worse then when I gave the vacuum to them they took my money an ripped me off

What a joke, trying to damage our reputation, we have been in business for over 50 years taking care of all our customers. Your vacuum was fixed years ago and when you broke it again, it was repaired again at no charge. After it was fixed to the best of its ability, you tried it before you left and agreed it's fine.
