Horrible consumer hostile service. If the customer encounters problems and needs to change their arrangements, they are faced with unreasonable, inflexible terms. One day prior is a $20 fee but on the day of you lose the ticket fee. However, if it's GREYHOUND'S fault and the trip is cancelled, you will not get a refund for 7-14 days. This means that when I spent my last $100 to see my grandma who had contracted covid and greyhound cancelled the trip, by the time I got my refund it was too late and she was hospitalized and on a ventilator. This company is a terrible toxic corporation that gets away with awful business practice because they are pretty much a monopoly in the USA.

It will get you where you are going at a cheap price. Was packed both ways. Very uncomfortable as a tall person. This location is pretty bad. Just a very small sign in almost an alley way. All the major parking locations are closed. Had to park at the mall but that's the city's issue. I would gladly pay extra to not take this bus again but if I had to it seems reliable enough.... The ride back the bus had a strong smell of urine and the outlets by my seat would not work. There also seems to be no functioning phone numbers.

Do not use Greyhound! I repeat if you need to go anywhere use Peter Pan. Let me tell you about my horrible experience on Greyhound. Our bus was 2 hrs late. Keep in mind that it was not only 2hrs late but also that the bus was suppose to arrive at 3:15am and that we were standing out in the cold the entire time with no place to go. And then once the bus got there I should have asked to get off. Because our driver got lost in Providence trying to get onto the highway. Keep in mind our narrow one way streets in Providence and think about a huge bus trying to get around. Then our next stop was one of the casinos and he missed the exit completely and this kept happening. In fact in New Haven we made it past Yale when our driver announced over the speaker that he was utterly lost and did not know how to get to the station. One passenger actually had to go help him with her phone directions to get him there. It was then reveled at that time that it was his first time doing this trip and that he only had paper instructions since Greyhound did not allow GPSs. We only got to NYC safely because he was even while lost he was a safe driver, but do you seriously want to give your money to a company who would send a driver with over 30 people on a bus where he has never driven before with no mentor? No, no you would not. So please if you don’t have to take this bus - go to Peter Pan. Peter Pan got me home safely and promptly from NYC to Providence.
