I will never donate to this specific facility again. I'm relocating to New York and have an overstuffed armchair that I won't have any room for in my new place. I figured I would donate it to help someone out instead of trashing it somewhere. Besides being dated, the chair is in top shape (no rips, no tears, no stains, etc.). I made an appt. a week ago for them to come pick it up since I have no way to bring it to them myself. The gentleman I spoke with thanked me for my generosity and told me the day they would arrive. Well, they just arrived and refused to take the chair. Even though there's no rips, etc. and it looks great, he felt the back of the chair (the side that is against the wall, not the side that you sit against) and said it felt like he could feel a spring inside that might be a little loose. That was it but still refused to take it. I didn't realize that they were that picky about DONATIONS. They seem to only want "show floor" quality material I guess. Would have been nice to know that a spring that isn't even poking through and "might" be a little loose is reason to not take a donation. I could have gotten rid of this last week and instead am now stuck having to either bring it with me or pay to junk it when it's in good shape. Really sad as I'm sure someone could have used it. So beware when making a donation.....if you're stuff isn't brand spanking new they will refuse it even though they make it seem like they're appreciative on the phone.

I don't know what these other people are talking about. I was just there last weekend...i spent 164 dollars.i feel as if i robbed them. I have a huge SUV, and i packed that thing tight!!! They have great quality it smells just fine and prices are dirt cheap!! The tea cup they wanted was probably an antique and shouldn't complain about that. The customer service is short handed, which is why i'm actually applying there today for a job. Revert one who works there is very nice and very helpful they do not complain or have you wait. They come right to where you need then when you want them The only thing i can "complain"about would be the size of their carts..very small for when your doing big shopping! LOL

No
No, they do not. However, call and ask if they have information of who can deliver larger items to you from them.
