I took my daughter there because she likes particular looks and “vintage” clothing. We walked out of the store as fast as we walked in. To be a thrift store, in my humble opinion The Vault Collective is waayyyyyy to expensive, overpriced items. No thank you!

if you are not making over minimum wage i would advise against looking here for clothes. it’s way too overpriced for clothing that shouldn’t be near the price they’re selling it for. the excuse that they are mending vintage clothing isn’t very persuasive either because a lot of the clothing i’ve found there has had some issue or another. it would be much better if it was less expensive and if the staff had better attitudes. even the owner seems to be a little petty when responding to reviews. from what i’ve seen they delete most critical reviews, which is unfortunate because you need critique in order to run a business perfectly. it’s a shame really, the place has potential.

Well curated store with a variety of vintage styles and reasonable prices. Spacious, thoughtfully designed, with ample space to socially distance. Friendly, helpful staff. Stop in, pick something out that’s out of your comfort zone to try on, and have fun while gathering some responsible pieces ♻️

I stopped by during my weekend trip in Providence and ended up being my favorite part of the trip! I spent hours looking and trying on million things and the salesperson was so friendly and helpful and did not make me feel rushed at all. They are reasonably priced and very well organized. The clothes looked like they were in good conditions and felt cleaner than a lot of other vintage stores I’ve been to. Not sure when I’ll be back in providence but I would definitely return to this store.

Our vintage clothing dealers do all their own buying for their booths offsite, and we don’t take consignment. But if you have some authentic vintage pieces email me pictures and I can forward it to all our dealers and see if any of them are interested in coming to you for a housecall!
Hi! We do have lots of items to fit plus size ladies! Some of our vintage dealers are plus size ladies themselves. Just know that when shopping vintage, it isn’t usually organized by size. This is because size labels and preferred fits have changed so drastically over the years that customers (of all sizes) need to ignore what the tag says and go by eye when shopping vintage. (For instance a 1970s 14 is equal to a modern size 6, but a 1980’s size Medium will often fit XL). Anyhow, If you aren’t sure what will fit, ask a sales associate & they can help you sort through and give you some tips on how to spot your size 😘
Hi Jenna, We have something for every budget! Prices range from $18 tops to $200 designer dresses, but I would say most of the items in the store are under $50. Our 12 vintage dealers do all their own pricing so some booths are ore affordable than others. Also, with vintage the price really depends on how rare/old/collectible a piece is. For instance, a 1930's dress costs our dealers much more to hunt down and purchase than a 1990's one does (we aren't a thrift shop and don't operate off of donations). Anyhow, come on in and we'll point you towards the more affordable areas of the store. see you soon! XO The Vault Collective
