They have free coupons to get you bok apoiment , but nada. Doctor didn't neven meet my dog. , Once they well I told them I was buying the plan yet. They brush me off like nothing. Absolutely all about money , all they had to do was honer coupon And see my dog and prescribe medicine for my dog so i know my mind would have loved that they care about my Benji little that they knew I would have at minimum baught basic plan you never know when you need vet again but they showed me I am the vet cruel people

My puppy was scheduled for a 9:45 appointment over the phone and I was told it would be about an 1 hour appointment. I brought him in on time, he was checked in and I was told he would be ready in 1hour and a half. Fast forward to an hour and half later no phone call so I show up. I was told the vet had an emergency and if I could come back in 1 hour. One hour later no call so I give it more time, it turns to two hours later still no call from the vet. I call and explain my frustrations and ask when he will be ready because I have school. They now say 30 minutes more. I again explained my frustration and how the communication was terrible. I asked her if she is sure he will be done at 2:30 because I have class. The girl at the front desk was ignorant and asked me if I wanted to pick him up now and kept repeating she asked the dr and she said 2:30. I kindly told her how I felt as she proceeded to say have a good day and hung up on my face. I don’t know how I feel about Bansfield anymore. I’m upset and hopeful this doesn’t happen again. If it does then me and my puppy will have to go somewhere else. I understand things happen but professionalism, communication and lack of concern was not there. I’m a very unhappy with today’s service. I’m praying that when I go in I don’t give whoever I spoke to over the phone a lesson on phone etiquette!

Why not hire somebody with zero experience instead of somebody who has a track record of killing pets? At least the other person will have an excuse.

I brought my cats there, so I would say yes the vets at Banfield mainly see cats and dogs so I'm sure your kitty will be in good hands plus you'll be right there too good luck I hope your kitty is okay
