The wait time was really long in the drive thru. The cappuccino tasted so bad that I didn't even drink it. Also I ordered a toasted bagel and it was half burned.

Went through the drive-thur at Cherry Hill location. The wait was unreasonable for only having 2 cars ahead of me. Once I gave my order and pulled up to the first window to pay,the girl took my payment then turned her back without a word. I then pull to the second window, which I’ve done in the past,to pick up my order. Waited a few minutes and the girl that took my payment came to the window and talked down to me like I was a 4 year old.”Here’s your coffee , here’s your muffin and here’s your straw.” If I wasn’t suppose to pull up to the next window why wouldn’t she say something like,your coffee will be right up. Very condescending.

The first time I visited I ordered a breakfast sandwich and a cup of decaf. The decaf appeared 30 minutes later after the sandwich. I kept asking where it was and got death glares and rolling of the eyes. The second visit I ordered a decaf iced coffee and got regular. Quite a shock on the system as I didn't get symptoms until half way through the latte. After the first experience I just tossed it and haven't been back. Fun, upbeat place with good menu items but poor management.
