I have a membership which I love went there today at 5:20 the cat was was open but a bunch of cars had parked to block access to the vacuums … it didn’t look as though it was a business decision as there were a group of 3-4 cars some of which looked to belong to employees blocking access to the vaccum area all wiping down there cars freshly washed … again people could still was as it’s suppose to be open until 9 but I go after work don’t have a lot of time just found it unprofessional because when they usually close for weather or repairs it’s clearly blocked off with appropriate material … this was not suppose to be shut down

This place is absolutely horrendous under the new management, for over a year now they have this gigantic pot hole at the entrance I hit every time with my brand new car. They have a detail bay for nothing and only half the vacuums actually work. Save your gas and go somewhere else!

In a way is good if you buy the package cause is cheaper but it really doesn't leave the car clean.. some of the spinners don't work so it don't clean the car the way it suppose to!! When u get out from cleaning the car you still have soap on top or in the back of your car. They need to fix the equipments in that place!

Night Tow

It is always open, almost never out of service. But, it's now a couple of years old and starting to show signs of disrepair. Some brushes don't spin, some soaps do not dispense, some rinse water nozzles are clogged and so on. Also, traffic at this location Far exceeds the building's capacity as the line is quite frequently out in the street. Free vacuums. Armor All, air fresheners and such all available on location. Also one Bay available for detailing, waxing and such. When this place is running at 100%, the price for services received is amazing. My only issue, is that the folks who take care of maintenance need to do more maintenance. For thirty bucks and some change per month, I get unlimited washes, and discounts on detailing. Pretty good deal. Comes with a wireless tag, so all you have to do is pull up and the gate opens automatically. You don't even have to open your window you can just drive straight into the car wash. That is when you don't wait in line for an hour and a half. Update: the state of disrepair seems to be getting worse. It appears to be closed for maintenance more frequently than it used to be. If they don't get the car wash working at 100% soon, I will no longer pay them monthly. I will go back to my local touchless car wash.
