Doctor and nurse were incredibly sweet and helpful. However, the woman at the front desk was rude and demeaning about not having a physical insurance card. I was warned before I went in about the women up front before I came in and don’t think I will be returning.

I doubt anyone goes to this garbage facility voluntarily I only went here because this is the contractor that the job I am applying for uses for their pre employment physicals. The two women who were working at the front desk, Atmed should be ashamed of themselves having those 2 working for them. The way they speak to patients is EMBARRASSING. When I asked if they needed my packet receptionist rolls her eye and says have a seat even louder. As she goes through my packet she proceeds to laugh with her co workers mocking another patients call. Dr was a bit weird too introduced himself by 1st name only and sarcastically told me “wow you just flew through these boxes without seeing if you needed to check them didn’t you” avoid at all costs

Had COVID last week 😳🙄😳...Called the treatment center scheduled monoclonal antibody infusion they were busy but super awesome - worked hard to get me in quickly, great communication to get it done, gave me iv fluids, supportive medications sent to my pharmacy for my sinus angriness and cough....Within 48 hours I felt like a new person.. 100% quality, competent, KIND care...TY❣️

Good afternoon, Charles. Urgent Care at the Atmed Treatment Center is a walk in service, no appointment needed. Clinic hours should be listed on the website. Occupational Medicine Services, such as DOT exams and work physicals are either by appointment or walk in between the hours of 8 AM and 4PM M-F. There are times when these services are available on the off hours, but please call ahead to ensure that staff on duty is able to meet those specific needs.
