Worse service department I have ever dealt with. Vehicle came back with more issues than when it went in for recall service. They don’t have any common sense or take responsibility for their poor work. I’m looking to trade in/sell my Chrysler and Ram vehicles so I don’t have to go to this dealer for warranty service. Look at other poor reviews.

Worst customer service ever!!! don’t take your car here make your drive to Ventura they don’t know how to do oil changes. Not only that but the manager is no help whatsoever!

I highly recommend this dealership! In went in to buy my first car, and the staff is super helpful and informative. I walked in and left with my car about an hour later, at a price I was very pleased with! They gave me a great deal, worked with my schedule, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the process.

Received my repairs quickly… Though was given an unnecessary, very expensive, part that won’t function in my vehicle because of existing issues. Instead of calling to ask what I would like to do, the part was installed and I was charged for - did not seem willing to negotiate pricing/refunds. The guy who helped me out was not very nice. Other staff inside seemed kind and helpful. Wouldn’t recommend coming here if you don’t have to.
