Went with State Roofing because the salesman really was a great salesman. I'm not sure how they do it however they continue to remove negative reviews because this isn't the first time that I've had to write a review. WARNING do not go with State Roofing. Pro tip.... whatever roofing company you do go with take pictures of their workers up on your roof when they're running around without harnesses. You can use these pictures as leverage to get them to honer their poor work after the job is done. Just let them know you'll send those pictures into OSHA if they do not honor their agreement.
