What a nightmare! We wasted 5 weeks trying to work with this place and have nothing to show for it. We picked out a door and were told we couldn’t order it but had to wait for their shipment. We then were told that we had to physically bring our current door in and have them take our measurements. We followed guidance and they took measurements and we were “all set” for when the door came in. Weeks went by and we checked in and the door never came. Every time we asked a question, we were responded back with an attitude. This week, they lost our paperwork. Luckily I had taken a picture and we sent it to prove we had already done all the legwork to secure the door. Low and behold, it sounds like their own employee didn’t measure the door correctly and they can’t do anything with the measurements THEY took! They want us to bring the door back in again. NO thanks! We’ll go somewhere else.

Marcus is very knowledgeable and helpful. It is a very casual atmosphere in which they don’t pressure you into anything. In fact, you kind of have to pressure them to buy something. I really appreciate the candor and the humor. By the way, they have any door you need.
