I highly recommend and value this company, Troy and his apprentice were not only professional and friendly but extremely efficient and knowledgeable in running a gas line to support our change from an electric stove to gas stove. Their attention to detail, even bringing treats for our dogs, was very much appreciated! Also, their response to follow up service we needed was a class act and very much appreciated!

Jay B. and Jeff were amazing!! They were very nice, explained everything and answered to all my questions regarding my issues (clogged kitchen sink / drain)a and more! Props to Jay! 10+⭐️s !! They did a great job and he cleaned everything after he was done! Customer service: When I first called to make an appointment, my call was picked up really fast and I was able to easily make an appointment for the next day! Price was GREAT! (Comparing to 3 other plumbing companies) I highly recommend south west plumbing! They truly are the greatest!

My dishwasher wasn't draining and John just had to tighten something. My faucet was also dripping and he showed me how to correct that. My appointment was scheduled by Linda who was very professional wonderful to work. I have used this company for all my plumbing needs and the have always been great.

Southwest Plumbing was awesome to work with. They were flexible on scheduling and very responsive and communicative. Mike explained everything going on and gave me great, affordable options and got my problem solved quickly. They even patched up some holes near the old heater for me! Absolutely above and beyond!

I, personally would not buy a toilet directly from the plumber. If it's not a Kohler, or American Standard I wouldn't purchase it. But, during covid-19, many families are at home, causing the building up an accumulation of toilet paper,etc. I would try "Instant POWER " MAIN LINE, cleaner. It works or its free, and I have never had to get a new toilet,nor a refund. Always try this first, I have purchased this product at Ace hardware, and it is also available at Walmart. Good luck 😁.
Don't know if Southwest Plumbing does leak detection. But, their customer service is tops and if you call them, if they don't I'm sure they will recommend a company.
