This place is a joke. Brought my buddy PC here to get it diagnosed because pc won’t boot up due to corrupted window download. Most places do free diagnostic but not this place. They asked for $90 before tax just for them to “take a look” at it. Later couple days went by my buddy got an email telling him that the wire was hooked up wrong(Knowing I did everything correctly. Built few gaming pc myself) and they said it needs a full rebuild(I call that bs because I know it’s only the software issue). Nonetheless they asking for $385 for the repair. Ridiculous lol. Told my buddy to take his pc back and I brought him to DR PC FIX at Redmond, $90 for the windows and they got it fixed within a day. I highly recommend ppl to go to DR PC FIX, they are very professional and have helped me multiple times.

Buyer beware. This place is a nightmare of incompetence and lack of integrity. Owner Sam would take no responsibility for installing a broken screen on my laptop. Read the positive reviews you can tell they are fake. Standing around in this place for 15 mins will prove that little gets done properly. Misrepresented pricing, shoddy workmanship and poor customer service are what you will get. I wanted to support a local business but the result was a wasted $350 and a machine that was still broken.

For the past few years they have helped us keep an old computer up and running. When it was time to get a new computer I decided to have them build me one. They helped me decide what I needed, what I should have, and most importantly what was not needed as part of the system. I'm extremely happy with what they built for me and see no reason to ever go to another computer shop for service or products again. They're a small shop but they did fantastic work.
