Absolute garbage customer service. Juan “the guy who runs the store” is disrespectful and unprofessional to say the least. I put a deposit on a vehicle, I advised to both my sales person and Juan that it would take me some time to get there considering I’m over 2,000 miles away. They said not a problem. I placed a refundable deposit on the truck I was interested in on Tuesday 08/30/2022. I advised my sales person I would have them the money by the following Monday and planned to finalize everything that Monday and have the vehicle brought to me via transport truck. Juan advised me on 09/02 that they sold my vehicle due to not having a contract in play. When I asked Juan so why wasn’t that explained to me, he replied “ I don’t know but it’s sold”. When I asked Juan what’s the standard time that your company holds a vehicle with a deposit, he initially responded a few hours and then said they would hold it a few days. Juan had no interest in helping to resolve the issue so I asked to speak to the owner and he said “ yeah that’s not gonna happen I run the store”. Very disheartening customer service, never had this bad of service from a dealership. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHADY DEALERSHIP!!

From start to finish, this was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Juan was great at communicating with me when reached out online. Gregorio was an amazing salesman to deal with. Took care of me, was always professional and helpful, and communicated with me well throughout the process. My new 2022 Chevy Bolt is the best car I've ever owned. We're already considering purchasing a second one to replace our other car.
