I've been out of state for awhile and recently returned. I needed to get by car washed and decided to go to BMC. Lmao.. It took so long for them to vacuum out a few ashes... you would think they were reupholstering it! I'm not sure what is different but i hardly saw any soap get applied to my vehicle. I did an upgrade and never saw the foam things turn on (I paid for) b/c I was told that extra soap and foam helps prevent micro scratches so I figured, sure.. why not... might as well go all out... I paid for things and never got them... Very disappointed to the point i'll wash my BMW in my driveway before taking it through this place. How are you going to charge people for something and them not get it? That's called lying... I encourage you all to make sure everything turns on (providing you paid for it) b/c I got robbed! I was told to go see some guy and honestly.. If there isnt somewhere physically there to address my situation, i'm not about to track someone down as I dont have the time *like most 9-5 workers*. I'm not sure who the owner is as I see people mention the name "sam" but clearly he has no problem lying to people and taking their money... ::shakes head:: I'll try Atwood or the one on killingly next.

I drove down from Indiana to Smithfield, and my car was filthy! It hadn’t been washed in months either. I met the owner/manager, and selected the “most expensive” package, which was only $20! Last time I I visited, I paid $28 for an all-mechanical wash in Cumberland and it was terrible. The personalized service, and attention to detail, was like nothing I had ever seen before. A++++, I know where I’ll be coming every trip!
