I purchased items on Fri and had to exchange one of them on Monday. The guy who was at the cash wrap was very rude. He told me that I had to pay for regular paper bag. I explained to him that I was just there on Friday and they didn't charge for bags then. He said it's the sales person preference. So I guess, my race dictated the level of customer service I received. My fiancé asked me what was going on with the transaction and the sales associate rudely interjected his comment while I was talking with my fiancé. He kept trying to talk over us the whole time. So we left with clothes in our hands. I knw the company has the overheade to provide its customers with bags. Just Rude!!

The staff is soo rude, at 7.45 we want to try a blouse ,they refused to let us in because they close at 8 , I explained that I really liked that top for a wedding in the morning, they wore super rude ,won't even listen to us, walked away while I was still speaking, I will never ever go there again, i can spend my 150.00 at another place.

No matter what time of the day there’s always long lines.The staff has no leadership from management and often appear to be confused with the computer system. The experience is just awful and the same every time…good thing the clothes are affordable.

I had just rang out with one of the cashiers & immediately noticed that I was rang up incorrectly. I had purchased an item that was clearly marked on-sale & it rang up full priced! Not only was she extremely rude, but she clearly rolled her eyes & told me to step back into the line. This staff is very unprofessional & rude.
