Drinks were extremely sweet! Taro smoothie didn’t even taste like taro. Mochi Oreo milk tea was plain disgusting, I couldn’t tell if it was done on purpose but after seeing other reviews it looks like this is part of their menu. It’s basically milk with crushed Oreos and a blob of mochi. Loll

I’ve been coming here for the last year and always gotten a drink and spicy popcorn chicken. The chicken were so good! Covered in lots of spice and box was always packed. Last time I came, I ordered the same thing. The gal who took my order was new. I had to keep repeating my order. I ordered my drink, and extra spicy popcorn chicken. Drink was good. However when chicken came out, there were no spicy powder seasoning on it. I told the gal who took my order I asked for extra spicy. Chicken came back with barely any seasoning. I left since they were busy. They didn’t give me utensils or sauce packets. I start eating my chicken at home. Eve know though there were little bit of the red powder, chicken no had flavor. None of the saltiness that it usually had. So I drive back. Cook came out to tell me that the owner decided to change how they made the popcorn chicken since people were saying it was too salty. First of all, it’s owners right to change things. HOWEVER, owner has the responsibility to notify the costumers that there was a change. Second, why is the owner changing how they make the popcorn chicken because people complaining it’s too salty. Have the customers request it with less salt. The cook was nice to tell me when I order the chicken to say “how you guys usually make it.” So I went back and order my usually drink, and said “spicy popcorn chicken how the cooks usually make it”. The gal who took my order was the same girl. She said “okay with extra seasoning. While waiting, I asked the lady for couple packets of the sweet n sour packets. She gave me 1. When my chicken was presented to me, there were barely any seasoning. I told them I asked for extra spicy. They went back to fix the order. Still not the same. Also, the box isn’t even full. Typically the box is filled to the box with the lids barely able to closed. This is the second my order was made wrong - same type of mess-up too. I am paying $20 for my drink and food. It’s not cheap. I really looked forwarding coming here, but will be looking elsewhere where they don’t change how something is made without letting costumes know, and food are made in the same way each time.
