Was going to buy a table and chairs. Then got interrogated like I was a criminal. Maybe wearing a baggy sweat suit is frowned upon now a day. Still got wut I needed but customer service is horrible. Rent a cop with the big vest was also a douche for no reason.

Bought $200 worth of items in this store, came back 3 days later to return 1 item from that purchase for $8. I was standing at register while the girl told me I had to wait for the boss to finish praying in order for her to ask if I can exchange because it was on sale and they don't exchange sale items. However on the receipt it only says no exchange on furniture. So I said to her it doesn't say that on this receipt, another girl chimed in to say " It doesn't matter if it doesn't say it, that's the policy" so I said, its not in writing then I can exchange. 2 other women walked towards me in attack mode waving fingers in my face saying to calm down and I had to wait, while I responded saying you calm down all coming at me for a statement I made about the exchange. Anyway I ate the $8 and left and told the girl who charged at me. Maybe she needs to pray as well.... NEVER WILL I SHOP THERE AGAIN! AND NEITHER SHOULD YOU....You may also be attacked!

My husband and I go here all the time for many things., mostly small carpets or throws..The deals are great, it's a nice pretty big discount store. They have a lot of things mostly throw rugs,, small appliances, curtains., and a lot of small & big decor items., something for every room. They also have clothes and lots more. Honestly we go elsewhere for furniture as they don't deliver and their brands are unfamiliar. The people are nice.

Very disappointing place. I understand it is not the best quality stuff hat is why you are paying what you are paying. I bought about $3000 worth of furniture from here last year a few tables sets with chairs, lamps, a couch, coat rack, etc. I paid for the the furniture to be delivered and assembled. When they came and assembled everything they broke the coat rack putting it together and said they would bring another one back and assemble it, they will be in touch. besides that the 2 tables and set of 4 chairs and one with 6. I bought all came apart and literately fell apart. I had sat on each chair i would say about 10 times in the past year. and i have 2 chairs left out of 10. The screws that they used to put the chairs together are too small so they keep falling out. Also, all of the holes to put the screws back in or even larger ones are stripped and destroyed so they wont hold a screw. I had 3 of my friends literally fall off the chairs because they broke while they were sitting on them. Every week ( not exaggerating) i find screws under the tables and chairs on the floor. Again, I understand this is not Ethan Allen but no table should fall apart after using it less than 10 time or sitting on a chair 10 times. That's crazy. Finally I called to let them know i was disappointed as well as asked for my coat rack i still haven't got. I was told on the tables and chairs, :screws are not warrantied, sorry". I was not looking for 2 new sets. Although, a company with a good business customer relationship would have said listen were sorry that happen well give you a deal if you want to buy 2 more sets. I may have just done that. Then i asked them to deliver the coat rack finally and put it together because i paid for it to be assembled and delivered. They called me this morning said they were delivering it at 10. My father had to meet them there because i am working. They dropped the box of parts for coat rack on floor and said have a good day. Obviously my father didn't know it was supposed to be assembled so he though nothing of it. UNPROFESSIONAL BEYOND BELIEF.
