Awful experience. Prefer to give ZERO stars walk in the post office in Rosedale on. Saturday one service agent and 10 customers. Waiting for at least 10 minutes b4 any of use received help. Mr. Jackson rude, insensitive, disrespectful and unprofessional. Poor service girl by her self to assist us as we edit another 10 minutes. Awful awful experience.

Yesterday I stopped by for a very simple transaction, mail one item express.when I got to the counter the cashier said the zip the code didn't exist,I then asked if they could look it up.i was told NO,we can't look up zip codes,,I then asked this is the post office.again I was told NO.so I went to my car and looked up the zip code it was the same one on the package..I returned and was told to stand back in line ..so another 15minuers minutes passed.and again I tried to mail the package.. the impolite cashier magically found the zip code...and I mailed my package..at no time did this employee of the USPS say hello or even smile the entire time.. here's the other half of this post I know nothing will change and the place will still smell and remain uncept.sad that this once honorable mail service has become a rundown and broken..have a nice Day

They don't care there. They are all lazy. That's probably where they hide all the mail they don't feel like delivering.
I suggest that you go to the post office and speak with a postal worker. I am just a customer.
They seem to be delivering mail once every other day to me. Sometimes once every 3 days.

Renewals are done by mail as long as you were over 16 on your previous passport and the passport has not been expired for more than 5 years..you can get a form DS-82 and fill that out and mail that back to the passport agency along with your passport, a check or money order for $110 and a current passport photo a 2x2.. mail the passport to the routine address in the center of your passport form on the second page of form DS-82m ..you can stop by Rosedale post office between 10 and 1 p.m. Monday through Friday and I'll help you with any assistance you need. Put the flag up on.the mailbox and put a post it note on the inside of the box that says OUTGOING MAIL.... hope that helps..

Did you go back to the same Post Office, and ask for help? By the way, if that parcel is insured, USPS can track it down for you.
Please contact the person who sent you the items.
At the post office, just stop at your P.O. If they don't do it they'll tell you the next closest one. They take the pic you just fill out the forms and provide the proper IDs
