Ok so I have mail that is going out but I have a mailbox like it has our number on it and it’s like where they put all the court mail and I have mail that’s going out how do I make sure to let them no it’s going out instead of them just leave there

Put the flag up on.the mailbox and put a post it note on the inside of the box that says OUTGOING MAIL.... hope that helps..
