Renewals are done by mail as long as you were over 16 on your previous passport and the passport has not been expired for more than 5 years..you can get a form DS-82 and fill that out and mail that back to the passport agency along with your passport, a check or money order for $110 and a current passport photo a 2x2.. mail the passport to the routine address in the center of your passport form on the second page of form DS-82m ..you can stop by Rosedale post office between 10 and 1 p.m. Monday through Friday and I'll help you with any assistance you need.
