Made an appointment in August using their online scheduler. Showed up but they had no record of it. Also said they had only remote exams until November. So I made an appointment while in the store for Nov.2 to be seen by the optometrist in person. When I arrived, there was no doctor on duty and they said I'd need to make a new appointment. Nope..this time, I had my optical Rx with me (had an exam done elsewhere) and just wanted new lenses installed in my old frames. At that point, the only employee who could help said she was going on break and I'd have to wait. Don't they factor in staffing when they make their appointments? Do here I sit, waiting to see if I can get new lenses in oldcframes ordered in under an hour. Update:I got out on 30 minutes and had a very accommodating technician, Hansel, helping me..he is one of the nicest employees I've come across in the years I've been going there and he should be recognized for his kindness. I have went to that location for over 4 years now. I recently lost a box of contacts and I wasn't too sure how to place an order online. I called the store and they lady answered professionally and also with kindness. That being said there was a issue with the order I did change prescriptions but what I can say, I took responsibly as well and they were really professional and took care of the issue and was empathetic. I even went back to the store and did not have an appointment there was a different lady that took the time to make sure I had the right contacts and offer trial pair to ensure they are correct so I don't waste a box. I can tell everybody is understaffed but the sense of care cannot go on recognize.

I went to have eyes checked to get contact lens. They said they had no lens for me to try, so they would have to order. They said they would come in within two weeks. One lens was available after three weeks. The next week, I made a third visit to get the other test lens. I wore them a month and they seemed all right. I tried calling Vision works several times Sept. 30th and all I got was annoying music and recordings to hang on. The last I tried, I reached someone that wanted me to call back in 15 minutes. I said I would wait. I waited 15 minutes and no one came to the phone. I called again this morning, and received the same recordings to hold on and the awful music. After about 10 minutes, someone answered and switched me to someone else. That person switched me again after another wait. To beat it all, I can get my lens cheaper and, I am sure, much faster from 1800 Contacts. I would NOT recommend Visionworks. They are not available to their customers.

Yes, I went a month ago, they have a variety of different frames, the customer service was awesome, I will definitely be going back.

Verify you vision provider if possible. In most cases its accepted if the vision provider is Davis Vision.
