Worst medical practices and doctors! This insurance company will NEVER RESPOND OR FOLLOW-UP on anything! No matter how serious! However 2 weeks after you contact them for assistance, that you do not get! They send you a letter wanting you to review their response! At which time I once again ask for a follow-up and once again get no response! The state insurance board should investigate! Fed up being ignored!

One of the worse places ever I saw in my life because of their front desk low customer service and especially their lying as saying wait 1 mints then you will wait for 20 to 30 mints or more for scheduling an appointment, cancel or change etc, o any emergency mater. Currently I am on hold waiting for them as they told me, please on hold 1 mint to get referral and now it's almost 21 mints, unfortunately they didn't reply me back and it's not my first and its my 4th or 5th time. Even though 1 is greater for them because they deserve 0 out 10.

I called looking for medstar family choice insurance. The operator said I had to call a different number to ask questions. I asked if they were Maryland Behavioral Health and she immediately got annoyed and said no and that she was trying to give me the number as if I was talking over her just for asking a simple question. She then tried to insist that I needed to get a pen to write it down before she would give me the number. When I told her I didnt need to write it down and that I she could just tell it to me snd I would remember, she said said snd I woute, "Since you know everything, you can find the number yourself." Snd then she hung up on me. I called back immediately snd got the number from someone else. The question is why if you work for medstar family choice you are unwilling to help people in the way that THEY need for their health? If you are too bothered to anserr the phone when people need the simplest help you shouldn't be working there. It will wear you down completely and you won't be able to hold on to the job long anyway.
