Situated on very busy highway and hertz not easily seen, although signposted, as end of terrace of commercial buildings. You need to be in right lane early. Staff were obliging and helpful, no sales pressure. Little disappointed as only one very small compact car available although could have upgrade at a cost. On a months hire would have been expensive. In previous years upgrades and deals could be obtained at little or no cost. Car return was painless and staff were helpful with organising taxi.

---- Beware office closes Saturday at noon, closed all day Sunday ---, yet Hertz still allows you to book a car Saturday at noon from this location. I paid my Uber to pick up my car to find out that the office was closed and after an hour on the phone with Hertz the only solution that they gave me was to pick it up from the Airport at a higher rate. I had to pick up the car on Monday with NO CREDIT for unused days.

It was okay. Crazy dumb for them to think it's right to charge someone $10 a gallon for gas, especially when I got the car at a half tank. Like okay, that's cute. We filled it up ourselves there is no way you're going to charge us double for gas that's right next to the renal place for $4.64 a gallon.

This place gets very very busy as people have found the trick to Lyft here from the airport to save those airport car rental prices. The staff was friendly and wanted to ensure you got your clean car. We even got an upgraded vehicle. Unfortunately for us we ran into a hiccup where the car smelled like smoke (faint but apparent). Hint to all future renters if you see or smell something report it before you drive away. We thought the attendant knew and noted the smell as he sprayed a very intense air freshener in the car before we left. We were then charged a $400 cleaning fee upon our return of the vehicle to clean the car even though we didn’t smoke. It took a week of multiple daily calls back and forth with corporate and the location but we finally got the smoking charge removed after they found out the previous two renters also got charged with smoking charges and didn’t dispute the charge. The manager was very helpful in the end and apologized to us greatly for our inconvenience and wished we would rent from Hertz again. This customer service goes unrecognized sometimes but truly did change my mind about Hertz after I was pretty confident I would never rent from Hertz again.
