I had à reservation for an suv on 4/3/22 - 4/4/22 @ this location. I réserved the vehicle to drive home because our flights were cancelled the night before and we were not able to rebook flts.in the next 2 days. I got à taxi to get to Avis and pick up the vehicle as I had to pick up my wife and 2 Grandsons at our hôtel to get on the road. I called to tell them that I was on my way to pick up the suv and they told me that Avis cancelled all one way rentals out of Fla. I was never notified of this until I called their office. This put me in à really bad position as I needed it to pick up my family as they had checked out of our hotel and were waiting for me. I explained this to the agent but they were not the least bit concerned and had no other possible solutions for me to get in à vehicle. On my way back to my hotel I got back online and they were still showing cars available. After I got home I called Avis to file à complaint and was told that I didn't pick up the suv and it was cancelled . I told them what the agent on Fla. Ave.told me about Avis cancelling all one way rentals and they told me that this was not true. They were not sure why I was told this.At minimum I should have rec'd à phone call or cancellation e-mail notifying me before I was on my way to pick up vehicle.Again after I got home Avis told me they listed this cancellation as à no show which was à total lie.Great Customer Service !by this location!!

Despite having a reservation, they called to inform us the day of that they didn't have any more cars and left us in a bind. They did offer for us to drive further and pay more to get a car from another location and fight for the difference in pre-reserved price verses new higher amount. NO THANKS!!! I did my part in making the reservation, not sure how hard it is to do your part by HOLDING the car.

Needed a rental car to get to work a few week ago. Shopped local carriers, rates were as high as $153 a day for a "Standard" vehicle. "Best" on-line deal was through this Avis office, for a sports coupe at $70 per day over 4 days. Explained to the young lady at the counter, I only needed transport back and forth to work. Without hesitation, she offered to swap out the sports car for something less flashy. Repairs to my vehicle were done in 3 days. Javier, the office manager, was kind enough to take me to my car a few miles away and adjust my bill for returning the rental early.

Renting from this Avis office was a great pleasure. Everything was handled very professional and in a prompt manner. Before making my reservation for an SUV at this location I called this office and spoke to Javier who answered all my questions and concerns. He assured me that the SUV that I was looking to rent will be ready at the time of my arrival and trust me that he kept his word. The Ford Expedition was ready at 10:00 AM and the pick up process was quick and flawless. Later that day after picking up the Expedition there was an issue with the SUV (not his fault) and I contacted Javier and after speaking with him he told me that if I was able to bring it back the same day before they close around 5:00 PM he will have another one ready for me. I explained to him that it may take longer than that because of rush hour traffic so we decided to do it at 9:00 AM the next day. The next day I arrived as agreed and the replacement SUV ( Chevy Tahoe) was waiting for me clean and ready to go. Javier greeted me again with a smile as the previous day and went over the replacement SUV with me to make sure everything was as expected. It took just a few minutes for the paper work and I was out of the office by 9:30 AM. This is a small Avis office location as far as the inside office space is concern but the staff goes out of their way to make you a happy customer. I have to give Javier my highest recommendation for being so friendly , helpful and addressing my concerns and going out of his way to make things right with my rental. If you are planning to rent from this Avis location please ask to speak with Javier and I know he will treat you the same way he treated my family and I with the respect and professionalism that he showed us. I will not hesitate to rent from this Avis location again and specially have the great pleasure of dealing once again with Javier and the rest of the staff.
