Doggie District - Tempe

I moved to Phoenix several months ago and have been bringing my Yorkies here for at least 10 months now. I use Doggie District Tempe for boarding and also daycare. The staff are consistently attentive and ALWAYS friendly. My dogs LOVE coming here. When I pull into the parking lot, the dogs get so excited; it's like I can't open the door fast enough for them! Once inside, they run to the staff members, and no matter who is on duty, they know my dogs by name. From there, my dogs don't even look back at me lol.

While not inexpensive, my dogs have always enjoyed their days and stays here. Great staff! lots of activity for the puppers! My fur buddy is always excited to arrive and 'dog tired' from play at the end of a day here.

Very impressed with the orientation. A little bit concerned about the male dog he gets to be a little bit domineering sometimes. But it seems he was acceptable and didn't cause any trouble. We look forward to our stay next week.

Went to drop off our dog for our reservation we made over the phone (well in advance) which we had a conversation regarding updating our dogs vaccines which we did and the reservation was confirmed (confirmed by email as well) Then we got there they didn’t have our reservation stated we were due for a “orientation class” even though our dog has been boarded here before and was not going to be with the general population. So they CANCELED our reservation which they so kindly notified us while we were standing at the desk with our dog ready to leave for our trip during a holiday weekend (you know a really easy time to find a last minute boarder) and also informed us that they were obviously full for the weekend. The least you can do is notify someone when you cancel. You had all of our contact information phone, email, text. I would hands down recommend boarding your dog here if you also enjoy bringing them on your trip with you instead.
