We had a seamless installation into 5 apartment buildings and a tenant just reported to me "the new machines are wonderful and much larger". I am happy to say that my account manager is highly responsive as well as the other team members I have interacted with. Would def recommend!

I would give zero stars. We use this company for our condo. We paid for new machines, all valley washer installed refurbished machines instead of the new machines we paid for. Furthermore, they did not install them properly and more then one machine will not drain. We have contacted them numerous times and they have been completely unresponsive for almost a month. STAY AWAY. Horrible service, liars and thieves.

Our washer broke on a Wednesday and I called it in for repair that same day, the service team notified me a tech would be out to repair within 24 hours. By Friday no repair had been made and no tech had been by so I called again and was told by service team that the latest it would be repaired would be Monday. Well now it's Monday and no tech had been buy so I call to check on the service status and am told it will be scheduled for repair on Tuesday. If looking for a reliable and quick repair service I would look elsewhere. Update: It took me writing an email to customer service and they finally sent out a tech to repair it Thursday. I am not sure where the poor lack of communication is within the business but it definitely shows when it comes to customer service and follow through. I'd hope the manager/owner looks at the processes that their staff follow to find the gaps that need work.

They do not clean they're equipment but quick to increase the prices with the same equipment that has been there for years

We apologize for the need to increase our prices. We are a family owned and operated business and held off raising prices for as long as we could. We haven’t implemented a price increase program in several years. With the unusual times the last couple of years, our costs have gone up tremendously too. Add to that the high cost of fuel we are all facing. We do appreciate your business and hope this information helps. Thank you.
