Since I switched to this store when I moved it’s been endless problems. They are always claiming not to have received Rx requests. They always text to let me know it’s ready for pick up but hand i get there they say they are working on it, but will be glad to expedite if I want to wait 15-20 min. They are always out of stock on my husbands meds. They always have longest lines. I have been trying for three while weeks to pick up meds and they still can’t get their ducks in a row. I can’t wait to move and not have to deal with store #5950’s complete incompetence Just tried to pick up my meds again and they still claim to not have a script even . Attempt number 10 I finally got my meds but I refuse to go there again.

i went today august 21 at 11:40 to pick my med 855 e Elliot rd. Tempe and the pharmacist was so rude and aggressive with me very rude and noisy pharmacist! i will not use this pharmacy again

Absolutely terrible customer service at the pharmacy. Lady would not help me to cancel covid appt which they cancelled due to understaffing which prevented me from getting a covid test at their locations and at another location. She said they were too busy and hung up on me. Terrible. Do not blame millennials for poor customer service, this was a 40-50 year old woman.
