Desk attendant was very nice and personable. Love the fresh baked Otis Spunkmeyer cookies. Only downside was for smokers, the designated area did not feel safe to be in alone. Room was updated and very clean. Thank you

Positive: The staff at the front desk was nice and helpful. Negative: Extremely dirty rooms. The rooms were not cleaned let alone sanitized. There was socks, lighters, and "intimate toys" in the first room we given. The next room had a bad odor and clearly nothing was wiped down.

Positive: I liked the friendly staff. The free breakfast was very good; an employee was always there to make sure everything was clean. It also had free parking and free wifi. Smart TV in the room that I could log in into my Netflix account. Negative: It doesn¿t offer room service cleaning every day.

Positive: The best thing about this hotel is the front desk staff. They are nice and helpful. Negative: I did not like my sink stayed clogged and they didn't give us clean towels and linen.

No shuttle from Airport to Hotel or hotel to cruise ship,😥😥 Approximately $40.00 U.S. each way. Still cheaper than Uber !! I got a message from a taxi company. They said they would pick me up and bring me to the hotel. I agreed. They got our names , what we are wearing,and more info. I couldn’t download the confirmation of the taxi. They are chargi g $82.00 for 20 min.ride . I called the Inn and the clerk told me $20.00 for the cab ride. That was Uber. I don't take Uber and certainly not for that price. I tried to call the phone number they sent and no luck .Just busy signals. I think I just got scammed.
