Not a resident, so I can't speak to the quality of life here. What I can speak for is the quality of the leasing office: poor. I scheduled a tour online, and opted in to receive text messages and left my phone number so they could call me. Instead, I got an email saying that my tour had been rescheduled- without asking me when I was available to reschedule it for- and then soon after another email saying it was cancelled altogether. I don't check my email that often, which is my fault, but maybe a more direct line of communication next time? I've been a leasing consultant at an apartment complex for two years. Why they didn't call me to ask about rescheduling, or to let me know that they had decided to cancel my tour, is beyond me.

I think it's unfair how the rent prices increased and all the apartments are being remodeled and are brand new for new tenants while the old tenants have an old apartment thats falling apart, multiple plumbing issues, air conditioning problems and even had a RAT in my apartment for about a month and the Management Team did absolutely nothing to resolve that issue! Very unsatisfied!

All you care about us the first apartment and the first one has soda in the vending machine what about the third and bad enough I can't grill where the dog park is

Good luck with that. If is after 10pm you can call police. Non emergency number. Did you try to talk with them? Did you called the office and complain?
Whatever the complex quotes you, plan to pay more. Hidden fees
No
I've been here in a 1 br since Jan & never had a bill above $60. I keep my ac at 75-80 & use a fan. Water/sewer/trash is roughly $30/mo
I don't think they run your credit. So my answer is yes. The apartments are not update and also when you move out, they will charge for everything. You don"t have any grace period either. You have to pay on the first or late fees charges get added on the 2nd. The apartments in Main and Dobson are cheaper and a lot nicer. I think the name is out town.
