Horrible! I'll never be back. The receptionist blamed me for her lack of organization because they left me sitting for almost 45 minutes for a dr who wasn't even there. Completely incompetent and not a single apology. I deserve better! I'd give a negative star if I could.

Love my Cigna

Was glad to find out today I was punished for being late. Normally there is a lab check in separate from the main check in. Due to construction, I had to wait in one line with people who had issues beyond just checking in. Even though I did arrive earlier than my appointment, which any other time would have been fine for the lab check in, I was checked in “late.” So I waited fifty minutes for my two minutes lab appointment because the lab tech said when your late they take everyone else before you. Maybe under the circumstances they should change their policy! But knowing Cigna and their horrible customer service, I am sure they will laugh at it before they do anything positive to correct it.

No, we only accept Cigna insurance and most Medicaid (AHCCCS) plans. I believe our Urgent Care facilities, such as the one on Stapley and US 60, might take Blue Cross Blue Shield.

Do you except care 1st?

Jennifer Osborne | Nov 6, 2018
Kevin McMillan | Nov 6, 2019

Yes we do. However, I believe Care First requires their patients to be assigned to a specific provider and will only cover medical costs initiated by that provider. So, if you wish to see us, you'll need to have your insurance assign one of our doctors as your primary care provider (PCP).
