Our hot water heater busted and flooded our basement. It's a finished basement and the only area of our home with carpet, boo. My husband was going to head out to rent some carpet dryers, but a neighbor suggested SERVPRO instead. We called and they sent Santiago and Matt out very quickly. (Santiago even had to cut his dinner short to get here.)They were friendly and professional (e.g., they look their shoes off *every time* they entered the house as the lugged in all the equipment) and got everything set up in our basement in under 2 hours. While setting things up, they took the time to patiently explain the process and what the equipment would do. Definitely easier than doing it ourselves, especially since they are professionals and know what they are doing :) The Frazier family highly recommends SERVPRO if you're ever in the unfortunate situation of needing remediation services.
