Advanced Hearing Group is wonderful! I went in for ear wax removal and Dr. Adam DiPuccio was great. He was very professional, kind and explained everything that he was doing to my ears. I’ve been to my primary care Doctor for ear wax removal in the past, and AHG was so much better and has the proper equipment to take care of it in half the time and without pain. I will definitely come back here in the future.

AHG is by far the best medical facility that I have dealt with in a long time. Their staff is knowledgeable and professional, and Adam is extremely pro patient. In my case he could have easily sold me hearing aids and instead explained to me why they would not be a good fit at this time. I highly recommend them for all your hearing needs.

After many years of working with Advanced Hearing at their Mesa, AZ location, I continue to be impressed by their high level of service and support! Everyone I’ve encountered at this office is always very friendly and helpful. Their after sale support is amazing and I commend management for fostering an environment conducive to excellent customer service. More importantly, I commend the staff, Ben and Molly on this occasion, for having a caring attitude towards patients and going above and beyond to understand their unique needs and find suitable solutions. My first encounter with Advanced Hearing took place several months ago when one of my hearing aids began to malfunction. That saw my immediate need and saw me right away. They replace a small cover and resolved my issue. Several months later a had a more severe issue and they sent out my hearing aids to Phonak for repair. They were able to expedite the request as they saw my dilemma. My job entails extensive travel and constant communication with customers. I saw the need to replace my hearing aids and given my positive previous experience opted to entrust them to test, recommend and provide the full services needed to have optimal hearing so I may continue to perform in my chosen field of work. I was fortunate to have Dr. Christina Gabler to work with even though everyone at he office has been great. She conducted a battery of tests to determine the best device for my hearing loss. I was loyal to the brand, she made the recommendation and allowed me to try them in my environment for several weeks. I was totally convinced that the new hearing aids were superior to my old ones. With my new hearing aids I was able to hear sounds like the sound of our dog’s collars that I had never heard before! Christina has a very caring manner, fully understood my unique situations and concerns and provided me with the best products and solutions! She did not push a hard sell tactic as some medical suppliers try to shove the higher margin goods, she simply advised and provided factual information! I would highly recommend this hearing group and in particular, Dr. Christina Gabler!

Questions & Answers

Am a winter visitor and was flying home for the holidays. I was in need of a case for my hearing aids so they could be stored safely. I stopped in to the Mesa location and was greeted with a HUGE smile and very courteous service from Dr. Briana.

Hi Catherine! Thank you for your question. We accept what your insurance company reimburses. In circumstances where either you don't have insurance or either it is not a covered benefit we offer a 'time-of-service' for earwax removal of $20-$30 per ear. I hope that helps. All the best!
