Cockroach in our bathroom. Walls are paper-thin so you can hear everything and everyone. They put us on a ground level room next to their part tent and had an obnoxiously loud party that lasted almost until midnight. Staff was extremely rude and unhelpful with this issue. We told them that we have a baby and that we couldn't sleep due to the noise, but they didn't care. I'd like to be refunded the $400 we paid to stay for the two nights in this disgusting poor excuse of a place. Our bed didn't even have a fitted sheet, it was just a flat sheet draped over the mattress. There was also a used panty liner in the trash in the bathroom.

Beautiful hotel and surrounding area. A beautiful wedding event was taking place. Friendly staff and nothing but kindness from other guests and other people performing services for their business

About the only positive is the location. The hotel is old, and in horrible condition. You spend your time looking for mold! The rooms are not clean, verging on dirty. I asked for daily room service and the only thing I got was my bed made! No towels, no toilet paper, no coffee, no vacuuming...OMG. I actually had a dirty room. My door had something spattered on it. I asked for someone to come clean it, but that did NOT happen The staff on the weekend are not attentive to needs. I do not recommend the Hilton in Dedham. Save your money, it is not worth the stay!
