When I picking up my 2 new IPhones, I was told by the Apple Store associate that there’s a free 30 days Apple care trial but it turns out it was a lie. I don’t appreciate the false information and I had to call Apple support 3 times to get it cancelled and refunded! Really bad experience!

I went there to get my phone fixed. They replaced it since there was water damage, but when I asked them if I could transfer the data they said it wouldn't work if I didn't use icloud (not true). My phone is now inoperable and I have lost over a months worth of photos along with numerous texts and other data.

If I could give them 0 I would. I made an appointment for a defective battery 2 weeks ago. I come in to the store and they tell me they need to order the battery and I need to reschedule for another week. The employee was lying just to pawn me off.

They really need to fix the staffing at this store, maybe hire some women. Seemed like the entire place was entirely staffed by misogynistic incels. I witnessed some pretty horrible behavior directed towards female customers and making one customer leave sobbing. So disgraceful. I was so disgusted that I left. Maybe if the staff was more diverse these creeps wouldn’t feel like they could get away with such behavior unchecked.

same here. they said ~170 plus tax
🤔 I believe they can help or they can point you in the correct direction.
Good question, I would call the store u bought them at and ask what their policies are regarding replacement. Good luck.
Yes you can
Brightness?
Back ordered they said months
It's was the purpose of my visit ,but one of the employees told me that they didn't have enough workers that can't help me with it in that moment... I was disappointed of this store.
Good morning I hope all is well ! Yes you can walk in,but the store is closed for the past couple days, I don't know what happened or when will the be reopen even they still have my phone.
Very good covid practices, safe and efficient.
No you can just walk in, unless it's the I phone 12 which is on back order
Possibly, but not likely. I had to wait a week for my appointment, but service was good. Pleased with result.
Try googling how.to.do.it. or set an appointment at apple store
Take away Apple in your search
I would assume not. Apple requires you to have a working phone in adequate condition, and if the home button is not working, which is one of the most important features for the iphone 8, you would have to get it repaired first then trade it in
Check the apple website
How am I suppose to know
Yes agreed super helpful at apple legacy and you can contact them. They called me back for my question.
To my knowledge yes. But make appointment online or they may not be able to see you.
You can do it online and then do a walk in at your scheduled time
Yes you can and I think that would be a better, safer and more efficient option.
can I have a iphone 6 battery replacement and how much will be? Thank you
If you make an appointment, they will text you when to come back & check in with the person at the door, who will direct you.
Sorry couldn't help you i don't know
I think that would depend on the store's daily appointments. It wouldn't hurt to call or go in to make an appointment
Yes
Pretty sure you could just go in and ask for assistance with an employee. Hopefully they would be kind enough to help
You would have to call or email Apple about that, as they do not respond to questions or requests on their Google Maps page.
You might want to bring your iPad into an Apple store and see if they can restore or reset it for you. Depending on the error message that you get, it might be a hardware issue.
If the "connect to itunes" message is coming up on your disabled iPhone 7 plus, then you simply have to connect it to iTunes and either choose to restore or reset it. You will need the iPhone's passcode or password, as well as the iCloud account password attached to the device, if it has one.
Assuming you have an iPhone, or an iPad simply turn it on and off again. Hold the home and power button to force a reboot. If you have a MacBook, restart it. Same goes for an iMac.
$79, assuming that you no longer have AppleCare for it. Edit* Apple now offers battery replacements for $29 until the end of 2018.
Yup
As of now, unfortunately not. If you are still a student, wait until summer comes for student discounts.
I believe that Geek Squad is located in most Best Buy locations, although none are with Apple. You would have to either walk in, or make an appointment online on their website.
Hold the power or power and home buttons until it restarts. If your screen is white because of physical damage, you would have to get your screen replaced.
Hold the power and home button until it restarts. You could also try to leave it plugged in overnight. If that fails, see if its recognized in iTunes. If its not recognized in iTunes, I'm afraid that its time to make an appointment with the Genius bar.
