Patsy’s Country Kitchen serves good food, it’s that simple. The after-church crowd seeking sustenance there today was well populated, however PCK is sufficiently large to ensure a reasonable turnover of tables. Our wait for seating was only about five minutes. Once in our booth service was on-the-spot. Both of us chose eggs benedict and we were well pleased. The eggs were poached to perfection and the hollandaise sauce was authentic. We asked for extra-crispy hash browns and that’s what we got. We shall return to further explore their menu.

Absolutely love Patsy's Kitchen! The food reminds me of how my mom used to make! The gravey taste like the one mom made when we had SOS "s**t on a shingle".
