Personally from a resident’s point of view. Lack of doing manager duties. Lack of Repairs (obvious harmful fungi such as (mold). Communication is key in this world and one of the things south lake villas lack. One of the very reasons I have for leaving this review, is anyone thinking of signing a lease please do your digging first because having a apartment you’d think be more easy to stress your problems and be heard, but personally from experience, this is not true!!

Ms.Jackie is great. I called needing something broken down for me. And Ms.Jackie explained and broke everything down, and she made sure I was completely knowledgeable about the situation.

It’s alright living here. I only had one bad experience with the new young office lady who acts like she knows everything and doesn’t. Also, she doesn’t know how to talk to people either. Other than that, Queen has been awesome since my first interaction with her a year ago. I don’t expect luxury staying in low income and there could be some changes, but this is temporary. I just don’t like being talked to in a condescending manner there are ways to talk to people to get your point across. Thanks Queen for always being patient and kind.
