Please don't put your elderly parents or friends in this complex. The management is terrible. They care nothing about the elderly.
Jill Randall
This management cares nothing about their elderly tenants. Beautiful place but the health of the residents mean nothing to them.

Providence Town Square Apartments, Deer Park, TX Be warned. We do not consider this a functional, safe, or quality facility based on the services, or lack of, provided. This facility markets itself publicly one way and inaccurately based on our experiences. We moved our family member out and hope to protect others from misrepresentation and compromised living environment quality. The residents were great, but neglected by the facility. For example, multiple elevators were regularly not working, services were unavailable (e.g., entertainment rooms, pool), and staff were unavailable (e.g., not answering the phone or returning messages). It is noteworthy that the lack of services were not the result of COVID-19 precautions (e.g., closing for social distancing), but failure to act before and after pandemic protocols. We would categorize local managers as incompetent and indifferent to resident needs. Ownership (Blazer) did not respond to multiple resident requests for intervention. Given the importance of providing a safe and quality environment for the elderly, we recommend avoiding this facility at all costs.

The monthly rent on a one bedroom one bath is around 850 dollars and no they are not furnished. If you qualify for low income your rent can be reduced to around 600. Just depends.
Do you have any 1 Bedroom $361 apartments available today or coming up soon?
How many square feet I a 1 bedroom
Yes, over 55
You would most definitely qualify for reduced income housing here. Call and talk to Martha. They allow dogs under 30 pounds.
Not sure they have a waiting list my aunt is trying to get in but only on a waiting list
Yes, yes, yes, no, yes.
We would love to assist you! Contact our office at 281-479-3555 and we can discuss your options. We look forward to hearing from you.
