That place stink. My history was the same that John. I leave the apartment clean and pay ed everything, the last month and even the last bill of utility that i never used. Now, they sent me a bill of 300 usd saying that my carpet was nasty. I called them several times but the manager is always busy or in lunch. She did not want talk with me. She know that we leave everything right. Frequently cut hot water and in summer time close the pool for nothing. They are nice while you are there but when you leave will know their real face. And forger the deposit it never be back.

What a wonderful place to call home. Some tenants have had problems with minor items (who doesn't) but they always say the manager is always responsive and friendly.

Been a resident for 2 years now, management changes up, I'm 1 day behind on rent, tell them I'll make the payment payday, they continue to "write it down in the notes" receive a phone call today talking about how we must go to court and pay an extra amount, like 700 instead of 340 owed, when we already get fist fkd with 1300 for a jail cell sized apartment, glad this is how they treat the people just trying to make a living who don't have much in their lives, not the first and probably not the last time this will happen, would not recommend, take your money and put it into an apartment that will actually benefit you
