The number 1 thing I can say about them is they are HONEST and TRUSTWORTHY. I've had the pleasure of visiting Mavis twice in the last year. I would recommend them to my friends and trust my mother, wife, and kids to go there without worry. It is such a good atmosphere, clean and welcoming and you can hear the employees having fun while they work.

I came into Mavis a few weeks ago and wanted to wait to give my feedback to ensure I hadn’t spoke too soon. And I can confidently say if you need high quality work, or tires for your vehicle; I highly recommend this Mavis location. As a female it’s hard to trust that; one the best work is being done and more importantly you’re receiving the best price and here you can ensure that. Lastly, I was helped by Chaz who was very helpful. Overall my process was smooth and seamless. I’ll be returning for sure.

I want to start by saying that I live much closer to multiple other Mavis shops but I will always go out of my way to go to this one on 270 troy road. The people who work here really make this place a pleasant experience every time. They are knowledgeable and skilled at what they do. The manager Travis is the best thing that has happened to this shop in a long time! He is kind and considerate and knows what he is doing and talking about, not to mention he is a great salesperson as well. Very personable and down to earth. I would suggest this shop to everyone looking to get tires or maintenance done on their vehicles!

If you want poor service and horrible work performed on your vehicle I highly recommend it yeah send it Mavis an E screen Bush rip me off. I went in to have valve Sam's repaired they replaced 2 of them and now 3 of my sensors do not work and will not reset it is now going to cost me $300 to replace the sensors they broke and they refuse to talk to me about it me about it or fix the problem
