This is the most useless print shop I've ever dealt with. 1st time took forever, 2nd time my order kept getting messed up, and 3rd time my order was delayed until the next day even though the print shop was completely empty. Won't be wasting my time here again.

Worst experience. I been shopping at Staples for years but not anymore. I bought 4 head sets from there couple days ago and 2 of them did not work. I went there to return it I was told they can't take it back due to COVID. Cashier did not say anything about the returns when I bought them and there is nothing on the receipt. I even asked to exchange mine for the working once and the manager refused on that as well. Managers name is Chris and he did not know how to handle the situation. He was telling me there were signs all over the store of this policy when I asked him to show them to me he could only locate couple on the back of the store where no one could see them. I feel they are taking advantage of this situation to defraud customers by selling defective product. I willnot be shopping there anymore.

Although the store is in many respects good, UPS Shipping at Staples is a joke, at best. Beginning with the banner outside promising shipping 7 days a week (nothing goes out on Sundays. I don't know about Saturdays). The staff would not help to locate a package I shipped through them that was unaccounted for in UPS's system three days later. When I called Staples for help, it was an amateur hour clown show. I asked if they could at least confirm that the package had been picked up, but they declined, as that would require looking in a file (!). Because of the lack of accountability and responsibility (after they took the payment, which they did quite efficiently) I will go elsewhere (as in anywhere else) for future shipping needs.

I had to post a review about my experience at the E. Greenbush location. I love good customer service. I went to purchase an office chair and was a little overwhelmed by all the options. Lexi came to my rescue. I told her what I wanted and she literally pointed out all the chairs that would give me the support I was looking for. Her knowledge of their stock was impressive. I am very happy with my purchase. And then I left the store and forgot the cup I purchased and the manager was nice enough to run it out to my car before I pulled off. This is now my store. Plan on going back for a desk.
