They charge very unreasonable prices for any and all supplies. They don't honor price matches and give an excuse even when you match their criteria perfectly. Very rude service. They made me wait to the side after waiting in line for a long time and I watched them help out numerous people before me while making me uncomfortably stand there for about 20 minutes. You would think a book store owned by the school would actually want to accommodate it's own students. Buy your stuff off Amazon! The cost of a prime membership and your required textbook is sure to be cheaper COMBINED than buying the textbook alone here. Student prime is cheap!

Overpriced go to Amazon for cheap books, unless you have EOPS or some sort of book voucher and this is coming from a former employee. They offered flexible hours when I was there but having to go into work seem dreadful at times. Great place to start working and great co-workers who became my friends til this day but awful high management that needs improvement and a better attitude.

This bookstore is fine however the employees are not. I witnessed I am assuming a manager totally disrespect and degrade another employee to the point of tears! I witnessed it with my own eyes and was beyond disbelief. I had a friend work at the bookstore for a short period of time and she told me the horrible stories of upper management and how sketchy they are I didn't believe them until I witnessed it first hand the other day. I was hopping the new company that took over would also establish new employees, but I guess not. I will not longer support this bookstore due to their lack of respect to their employees. I will buy online. And I feel so horrible to young girl who was mistreated. This was bothering me so much I had to write a review. Thank you for reading. -K

They should update their hours. The few times I have gone to get a bus pass and my student ID, the store was closed during the day. It took multiple trips just to get what I needed.
