The billing department will still send you notices of unpaid bills even after the matter is settled and most issues people have they sum up to "drug seeking ",even if you go there for issues such as pneumonia or bronchitis. They missed my pneumonia and I had to go to Mt. Pleasant to have it correctly diagnosed.

We see miss Susan in speech therapy and she is the best ever! We moved but still drive an hour to see her because she is the kindest and most helpful speech therapist. She has worked wonders with my son. I highly recommend miss susan!

I would give this place a zero if I could. This place is an absolute death trap. I HATE, and I cannot say this enough, HATE Highlands Hospital. I wouldn’t even send a dog there. I’m over the RUDE and INCOMPETENT nurses and doctors there. And since when does the ED decide to do a spinal tap as a first option for an 80 year old?? And since when do hospitals not have walkers to allow patients to get up and walk??? Also!!! keeping a catheter for incontinent patients is NOT a valid reason for one!!

That Patrick in SPU needs to remember he is at work not gossip hour. Your student did a very good job doing your job. Very pretty young lady. #2 that nurse that did my IV needs to find her glasses. Unfortunately I did not catch her name. So yeah if I had it my way I would want anywhere but this place. I plan to talk to Dr. Bradley tomorrow.
