Shout out to Phoenixville ER. We had to bring our son here and although the wait was long (it’s to be expected) the nurses and doctors were amazing!! Keep up the great work! You are the true hero’s.

No Complaints. Had to take my 88 year old Father this morning after he cut his head open and the bleeding wouldn't stop. Everyone was kind and understood how to communicate with him as he's hard of hearing. Cat Scan normal and 8 staples later we were sent home. 2 hour total time. Best ER experience to date!

My family and I are so grateful to this hospital and everything they did for my dad during his cancer diagnosis, and ultimatley hospice treatment. The time from diagnosis to his passing happened so quickly. At the beginning of this journey, he had an unpleasant experience at a different hospital in the area, who made him wait hours to be admitted, didnt listen to him, and rushed him out as soon as they could. His nurses Rachel, Ashley and Michaela were kind, patient and so helpful. They made us feel well cared for from the moment he stepped through their doors.

This was my first time at this hospital. I gave birth to my child on 3/2/22. I went into the labor and delivery on 3/1/22. All of the nurses, doctors and staff were wonderful. They made this first time experience for me so great. Kaitlyn one of the nurses that was with me all night on and off was great. Very nice to talk to and answered any questions I had. Elizabeth came in after I had my baby boy and was great taking care of me and helping me with breast feedings. After I got transferred into my maternity room I was switched to Rachael who was very nice and helped me with everything I needed. My last nurses were Rose and Karen. They were amazing helping me again with breast feeding and reassuring me about my frustrations with that as well. Over all I had an amazing experience.
