Fantastic. My first visit there I was greeted right away. They took my car without an appointment, diagnosed my issue in 10 minutes and had me out of there in 30. I was very impressed with how place was run. Tough to find good service these days! I will be going back if I have car needs (knock on wood).

I had all four tires replaced at Mavis tire in Phoenixville in February of 2022. Following placement, I noticed that I had a leak in one of my tires due to a valve stem leak. When I took it back to have them look at it, they were extremely responsive and took it back immediately. They were professional in their handling of the situation and replaced it at no cost. I would certainly come here again due to their handling of this situation and how they addressed my concerns without hesitation. The front desk worker answered all my questions and was great in getting my car seen in an expedient manner. Five stars, definitely recommend! Customer service is wonderful here.

I notice I had a nail in my tire so I called Mavis. Mike answered and scheduled an appointment for me right away. They were able to find the problem, patch it, and get me back on the road in no time.
