Was there for outpatient surgery in the main Hospital. All staff were extremely nice and pleasant. Very nice waiting area and electronically let my loved ones know where I was in the process. Again I can’t say how enough about the staff of how nice and professional they were from the greeter to the discharge nurse and the OR Team

Warning for the sensitive!! But that even more reason to read it. I was taken to Northwest Hospital on Sunday September 05, 2021 approximately 7:10pm. Upon entering the emergency department through the front entrance. I completed a Covid questionnaire, while sitting in a wheel chair with my right ankle bone protruding through my skin. I was told to wait to be called. As, I was assisted into the ER completely by my daughter. I witnessed how over-crowded and disgusting the waiting area appeared. It took less then two minutes to confer with my daughter about going to a different Hospital. YES IT WAS THAT BAD!! with a broken ankle and being in horrible pain. I was in my best interest to find a clean hospital, with staff that at least put on a happy to help you attitude. So, I just received a bill from Northwest Hospital in the amount of $45.43. The bill states medical supplies. they didn't even triage me. what medical supplies? Nothing was done. UPDATE!! Mr.Forbes from Northwest guest relations office called on 04/06/2022. He asked for at least two weeks to investigate and resolve this issues. He stated today 04/21/2022 as we spoke that the balance was resolved. I am please with this outcome. Also that Mr. Forbes followed through as stated. I would appreciate a statement with that zero balance mailed to me please and thank you in-advance.

A family member was here for 2 weeks. No complaints. The nursing staff was empathetic, kind, caring, and helpful. The hospital conducted thorough tests, and communicated results in a timely manner. The food was also very good.

My experience at Northwest differs from many below. I had joint replacement surgery there (rather than at Sinai for scheduling purposes) in October, 2021, and the entire experience was positive. It was scheduled (and billed) as outpatient even though I was probably there 36 hours. Everyone I encountered was professional, highly skilled, and clearly cared about me. Before surgery, everyone involved introduced themselves, explained their roles, and answered questions. My post op experience was great (except the pain which they managed well). I had OT and PT quickly to assess my ability to go home and to show me what I needed to do. I tweaked my shoulder before discharge, and they held me back while a PA got and x-ray and consulted with the surgeon. When it became clear that I would be discharged AFTER the pharmacy closed and I would have no way to get my pain meds, a nurse thought of and followed through on a solution. He put me in a wheelchair with my ID (narcotics) and brought me down to the pharmacy so that I could get my pain meds and go home. That was a first for me in terms of patient care. And my surgery had a great outcome/ exceeding expectations!

Northwest Hospital, formerly known as Northwest Hospital Center and Baltimore County General Hospital before that, is a hospital in Randallstown, Maryland owned and operated by LifeBridge Health
They will probably require you to post a bond or money before you are seen.
It's called hematuria.
Very smart, jackass.
See if you can talk to the hospital social worker to see if they can get these services in place or point you in the right direction
