I have been apartment hunting for about 3 months now. I am in no rush but because It is my first time renting an apartment I ask a lot of questions. most places I've called are impatient and fed up with the questions they probably get asked all day but When I called just for information I spoke to Kiara. She was so sweet and patient. The best representative I've spoken to at any apartment complex. So thank you so much for making me feel less stressed about asking so much questions and providing as much information as possible!! If calling for information ask for kiara!

Mildew growing causing collapse of stucco and building materials in parking structure. Maintenance crew contributing to filth of facility breaking bottles in front of their own residence. Discussing conditions. Rude loud inconsiderate Neighbors. Below part standards. Do not rent here.

Management does what they can with resources available; but resources are Very VERY limited. Pool was down during hottest time of summer. Bed bugs are huge breakouts here, and they make you sign off on them. They Nickle and Dime you for every single thing and try to over look California law. Pictures of bed bug bites from here will be attached in my yelp review. Very loud complex, you can even hear the person in the next apartment over. College kids are an inconvience and I’m sure the managers put some of them on projects. After announcing we were going to sue, couencdiently my sisters car got broken into and her purse and credit cards were stolen. Matinece takes several weeks even to just get a sink fixed. Overall just don’t chose this place even if it is your last resort. Parking is the worst and they tow your car if your parked incorrectly. Wished this place was ran way better but they do not even offer any amenities when there is an inconvenience

Not recommend! Noisy in the summer nights. A lot of people have party just outside the complex, they drink beer with loud music out there until 4 am in the morning! The office is useless. They don't care about the residents' rights. They wouldn't allow any stuff out your apartment's door, not any toy, not a baby stroller, even though you live in the second floor, they will ask you to put you strollers back in you room everytime, with the baby. They are so cold hearted. They provide space for bicycles, but no space for a baby stroller. I asked them whether I could put my stroller with the bicycles, they said: no, because it's for bicycles! We moved our stuff in our parking space, then they come and ask us to remove because the parking space is not for other stuff! Are you joking me?! I pay so much every month, what do I get? I don't know whether they have kids or not. A lot of people put stuff like baby's toys or carseats or high chairs there in the parking space. Isn't that understandable?I pay for the parking space, why can't I use it? They are becoming so pushing and unreasonable! About the security of the residents, they don't care. There were thefts coming. People smoking in the complex. They do nothing. Most of the residents are very nice and friendly. A lot of them have the same complaints. They move out. We still live here because it's close to mtsac, and I am a student in mtsac. It's the only reason we keep living there. If you are a single, or don't have kids and you want to be close to mtsac, it's good. But remember, the price is pretty high and you only get one parking space for one or two bedrooms, no visitor parking! You pay so much for only the limit living space within your door.
