Sent my battery in to be repaired they sent me an estimate for a new battery I don't think they actually do repairs

Excellent business I bought one of their batteries and it was an exact match for my Moar bike. So if you have a Moar bike and your battery died or just never got your battery. they have it ! I'm going to send my original battery in for rebuild so I have a backup. Highly recommend just wish they had a branch in Michigan. In the picture the silver one is my original fth s is the black one. Thank you so much fth power you resurrected my beast.

Terrible experience. Sent them my four year old worn-out 36v 17Ah e-bike battery for rebuilding. They claimed they tested the battery and found it to be in perfect condition, reporting back that it was a 42v 15.3Ah battery. I asked them to double check this. They immediately claimed they did and again insisted my 36v battery was in perfect condition. Their 'evaluation' charge plus the return shipping charge totaled $100. Total scam. Total waste of time. Very disappointed.
