Sent my battery in to be repaired they sent me an estimate for a new battery I don't think they actually do repairs

Excellent business I bought one of their batteries and it was an exact match for my Moar bike. So if you have a Moar bike and your battery died or just never got your battery. they have it ! I'm going to send my original battery in for rebuild so I have a backup. Highly recommend just wish they had a branch in Michigan. In the picture the silver one is my original fth s is the black one. Thank you so much fth power you resurrected my beast.

Terrible experience. Sent them my four year old worn-out 36v 17Ah e-bike battery for rebuilding. They claimed they tested the battery and found it to be in perfect condition, reporting back that it was a 42v 15.3Ah battery. I asked them to double check this. They immediately claimed they did and again insisted my 36v battery was in perfect condition. Their 'evaluation' charge plus the return shipping charge totaled $100. Total scam. Total waste of time. Very disappointed.

Sorry, GenZe batteries are proprietary batteries and the information on the data Laine and BMS are not available from the manufacturer.
Send an email with pics of your current battery to them take pics all around of it. They will send you a link to it if they do. That's what they did for me.plus I just sent my bad one to them to have it rebuilt
