My mother is very happy and well taken care of at Rosewood. The staff and food and physical therapy are all top notch. They have a caring staff with great activities and beautiful facilities. Highly recommend!

I can almost guarantee these 5 star reviews are fake. This place is a mess! As a former employee who voluntarily left, I can assure you this company is all about creating the appearance of a nice place, but sadly underperforms. Some of the management is outrageously unorganized, the building has a million of things wrong with it, and they spend tons of money on things that matter very little, but skimp on the important things. They also care very little about the health and safety of the residents, staff, and guests. They think nothing of attempting to hide dangerous conditions as long as it "looks" decent. The staffing is a mess and the departments are consistently short. They think nothing of over taxing their workers to the point that they feel burned out, but they do very little to correct the staffing issues. The are rude to prospective employees, staff members tell new employees and residents that they should leave and that they will hate it there. Neglect, poor quality of work, disrespect, insubordination, failure to communicate, poor work ethic, resistance to meeting codes and guidelines are rampant. They fool themselves into believing things are changing, but it is still the worst facility I have ever seen. The employees whine and cry about everything, but they do very little to improve the situation, like actually doing their job! My suggestion is, bring your family member somewhere else unless you really hate them and want to see them mistreated.

I would like to say I'm very pleased with rosewood nursing home . My mom has been there for the last 2 years and every time I go visit they're very attentive to me and to my mom . When I have my mom alone in the lobby I ask her about the nurses and she said she just loves them . She likes that she goes to bingo she meets other people she's 87 years old with some memory loss but seems to be very happy at rosewood.

I admit Rosewood was not my first choice but I did not have many other options. I read they were under new ownership so I sent my mom there. I was pleasantly surprised on my first visit. From the minute you walk through the door, you are treated as part of their family. Everyone is so friendly. They people that are there for rehab seem very happy as well. The nursing staff was excellent and provided my mom, who can be difficult, with tender loving care. The administrative staff can be seen walking the halls and conversing with residents and their family....they are not locked up behind doors as I have seen at other nursing homes. It is so small that everyone gets to know you pretty quickly, which you do not see at these other big nursing homes either. But the best was the rehab staff! Their expertise and encouragement was what my mom really needed. She was able to discharge a little early due to the excellent care she received. I know nursing homes/rehab centers get a bad rap sometimes, but trust me, these people work hard every day to take care of our loved ones. It sure is not an easy job, one I know myself, I could not do every day. 5 stars to Rosewood and their new management team.
